Katie Carter is a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. She started her Online Coaching business in 2020 during the final year of her studies at the University of Northern British Columbia, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Katie Carter Fitness is a successful business focusing on helping clients improve all aspects of their life – both mentally & physically. To Katie, improving your health is about much more than just working out and eating healthy.
In Katie’s first two years of business, she successfully helped and worked with over 300 clients on a solo basis, before hiring her first Assistant Coach.
Katie Carter Fitness now has three amazing Assistant Coaches, as well as a Holistic Nutritionist working with the team. Together, they’ve helped over 500 women achieve their fitness goals, while also improving their overall health and confidence.
In University, Katie struggled with depression and anxiety. Working out was one of the main things that helped her get out of the dark place she was in. With Katie’s background in Psychology, as well as having a history of mental illness, she learned that prioritizing mental health is key when achieving fitness goals.
