On The Brink | Kimberley Kenyon | Episode 15

Kimberley is a Northern BC girl who was born and raised in Prince George, BC, and she is currently based there. She is an enthusiastic believer in herself and others. Her water lifestyle began with learning to surf in Tofino, BC. Since then, she has chased waves as far away as Vietnam and taught surfing in Mexico, north of Puerto Vallarta. Life’s demands brought her back home to Prince George and made her a landlocked surfer in BC’s Central Interior. Needing to be on the water, Kimberley began paddling on the nearby rivers.

She started passionately pursuing her paddling skills in 2012 and fell in love with Whitewater Stand-up Paddle Boarding. She lives to be on the water, whether it be flowing or frozen. More importantly, she is highly motivated to promote the development of a sustainable river community throughout Central and Northern BC. She is also a certified Paddle Canada Instructor for Stand-up Paddling. She is a Badfish SUP Team Athlete, and an Aquabatics Ambassador. In January 2021 Kimberley was award Athlete of the Month from Brink Group of Companies.

You can find Kimberley on the rivers throughout the seasons teaching, leading or coordinating events. She brings stoke and excitement to everything she does. Feel free to reach out and connect with her. Kimberley is overeager to get people out on the water paddling safely and confidently
